🚨 Order Cancellations & The 24-Hour Rule
Can I cancel or change my order?
We provide a strict 24-hour grace period from the exact time of purchase to request any changes (including sizing, color, or shipping address) or to request a full cancellation.
After 24 hours: Your order is automatically finalized and pushed to the custom production floor. Because our products are manufactured to order specifically for you, no cancellations, refunds, changes, or swaps can be made under any circumstances once this 24-hour window has closed.
Please double-check your order details, sizes, and color selections before finalizing your purchase. If a mistake is discovered after 24 hours, you will be responsible for placing a new order at your own expense.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are custom-made and print-on-demand, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

💳 Unauthorized Chargeback Policy
What happens if a customer files an unauthorized chargeback?
Should you have any legitimate concerns, defects, or delivery issues regarding your purchase, you must contact our customer service team directly at [email protected] or 1-971-238-8279 to resolve the matter.
Double R Western™ actively disputes all unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting customer support to resolve a verified issue, we reserve the right to submit this signed policy, automated tracking data, and fulfillment proof to the banking institution. Furthermore, we reserve the right to pursue full recovery of the disputed funds, plus any associated administrative and chargeback fees incurred by our business.
🛠️ Exceptions: Defects, Damage, or Fulfillment Errors
In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or the incorrect item/size was shipped compared to what you originally ordered, we will gladly correct it at no cost to you.
How to file a claim:

Clear Photographic Evidence (the item laid flat showing the full graphic, a sharp close-up of the specific defect, and photos of the packaging if damaged).
Once our production partners verify the defect, a brand-new replacement item will be printed and shipped to you at zero cost. In most verified defect cases, a physical return is not required; photo evidence is used to process the claim immediately.
What is NOT considered a defect?

Design & Color Variations: Due to differences in digital screens, device calibrations, garment materials, and textile inks, actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. These minor cosmetic variations are normal and are not considered manufacturer defects.

Print Placement Tolerances: There is an industry-standard 0.5-inch (0.5") tolerance for graphic and embroidery placement. Minor variations within this half-inch window are not considered manufacturing defects.
📦 Lost Packages & Delivery Disputes
If your carrier tracking status shows an item is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to verify if it was left in an alternate location or misdelivered.
All claims for packages genuinely lost in transit must be submitted to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Any resolution or replacement costs incurred outside of verified carrier fault or outside of this 30-day window are the sole responsibility and expense of the buyer.
