Chargeback and Return Policy:
At Double R Western™, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. By making a purchase from Double R Western, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Chargeback Policy:
Should you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team directly at contact@doublewestern.com or call 1-971-238-8279. Unauthorized chargebacks will not be tolerated, and all necessary legal actions will be taken to recover funds and associated fees.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. Returns are only accepted for sizing issues, and we'll work with you to find a solution. However, extensive exchanges for multiple sizes or colors are not supported.
Non-Returnable Items:
- All print-on-demand products
- One-off custom-made items
These items are produced specifically for each order, making them non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors by the manufacturer.
Design Variations:
Please note that due to differences in screens, inks, and materials, the actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed in the listings. These variations are not manufacturer defects but are inherent differences in color spaces, screen resolutions, and other uncontrollable factors.
Exceptions:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
We will forward your case to our print provider, and if approved, they will offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
Order Issues:
Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and personalization options, before completing your purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders placed incorrectly.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, first reach out to the shipper to check if it was left somewhere unusual or at another address. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Any costs incurred are at the buyer's expense.
